  • Regulatory changes forcing new behavior

Weak Signals

  • Hypothetical "I would use this" claims
  • "Nice-to-have" convenience features
  • No clear buyer or budget owner
  • Crowded markets with weak differentiation
  • Capital-intensive models without pricing power

Signal ≠ Verdict

A weak signal does not automatically mean “do not build”. It means:

"This assumption requires stronger validation."
